I used SeatWave to purchase tickets after being redirected from Ticket Master as they had already sold out for Marilyn Manson. The only thing I can really 'complain' about was the handling fee (£26.00) on top of what I'd already been charged for was a bit steep & also that I wasn't made aware that I was purchasing an e-ticket & didn't know until two days before the gig when the other 2 arrived in the post. It caused a bit of panic as I didn't know where the 3rd one was but the same day I received an e-mail advising me of this and I was given the option of accepting a solution. Apart from those 2 things which are not really anything bad, I thought this was really good as it was pleasant and easy and I will definitely be using SeatWave again :)
