Bought a Hammersmith Jack White ticket at 6pm the night before the show, so had to organise self to collect from Seatwave's Moorgate HQ as a matter of some urgency. With a meeting to go to in the morning, and then a 150-mile drive followed a sprint across town on the tube, I arrived somewhat dishevelled and even more mental than usual - but as soon as I arrived on the 6th floor of 120 Moorgate all the freaky-outy stuff was dispelled. The team were so lovely and the service so professional - and security-conscious in the extreme - that the frankly fantastic Seatwave turned out to be an essential contributing factor in what turned out to be a totally stonkingly fabulous day!

The only downside I can come up with is that the collection location was only revealed once I'd entered the 'buy' process. For anyone planning quite such an epic outing it would be useful to have that info more readily to hand before the buying decision is actually made? I did email and I did receive a friendly and helpful reply - but only once I'd already left on a journey that turned out to be like an episode of The Crystal Maze, only with JW at the finishing line, standing in for sexy old Richard O'Brien …
