I used this company for tickets to a Lazio game and I can only echo the thoughts of so many frustrated customers. Granted, I received my tickets on time (2 days before) - but not the tickets I'd booked. The difference between the face value of the tickets and those I expected (and had paid for) was in the region of Euro 70 each, excluding their commission. I called the company support team on several occasions whilst en route to Rome for the game and comments they used were; "but you have your tickets", "the tickets you have are in a good location" and such like.....
After the game, which I did attend still - I wasn't not going to go, I asked them for a refund for the difference. They acknowledged my request, said there was an error and then nothing. I even contacted my credit card company to stop the payment as I just wanted them to pay the difference back and they informed me as I'd used the tickets provided there was nothing they could do for me. I was as livid with the credit card company as Online Ticket Express as there is no protection in place for such things and there should be.
My verdict is simply do your homework, do not use this company, do not expect any help from your credit card company and if going to such a game, be reassured that you DON'T need to buy tickets in advance - you can easily buy them on the gate. I didn't know this then, but for next time I will!
Online Ticket Express are bad, really bad - don't do it! Don't do what I did!
