These people are based in Norway and probably the same group that pertained to sell dodgy tickets for the Olympics. They will take your money and then wait to see if they can get tickets from someone else for you. If you buy two or more tickets it doesnt mean you will sit together.
You will not know if you have been successful or not. The phone service is awful.
