LTE have had our money for months now and still not received the 3 tickets ordered for Take That at the O2 soon. This was meant as a surprise for our daughters birthday....now ruined. Have any fellow TT fans had their tickets from LTE ?

We ordered two TT tickets. Like you they had our money but no tickets. I really think that the whole system needs looking at

Hi...still no tickets, supposed to go on Friday night, looking unlikely!! I paid on a credit card so have contacted them as it should be covered by Section 75 of Consumer Credit Act 1974. Hope to get a refund using this but obviously doesn't refund the heartache and disappointment!!
