Do NOT use this company under any circumstances.
Like many others, we too never received our gig tickets as promised and haven't received the refund either (Arctic Monkeys-£165)
They answered our calls prior to the event when we were chasing a ticket delivery date but they haven't answered any calls in relation to receiving our refund.
I'm scared to think how many people they have done this to and the amount of money they have made from it all, absolutely disgusting!
Will be exploring all avenues in trying to get our money back and making sure everyone is made aware of them!
Can't believe they are still trading!
