Rip Off

The day the tickets went on sale to see The Killers at O2 Arena, i managed to find 6 tickets with London Ticket Centre. I was unsure whether to purchase them or not as they were for £75 each, but we were desperate to see them especially as it was for my Sister In Law's special birthday. When booking them it said level 4, which wasn't a problem.
I received an email confirmation saying we would receive the tickets 7 - 10 days before the gig. When it got to 7 days before (Thurs) i called them and they said they would be with me by 1pm on Tuesday. At 1.30pm i called to be told they would be with me the following day 1st class. Oncew again they didnt arrive. I called again to be told there was a problem with the level 4 tickets being printed but would be with me the next day. Again i called back on the Thursday to be told i would receive them the following day (the day BEFORE the gig). I asked for a tracking number, which i was given. I checked that evening and the tracking number wasnt bringing up any thing to track. The tickets DID arrive on the Friday. I was relieved they had arrived. I checked the tracking number and London Ticket Centre hadnt even given me the tracking number for my tickets. I was very disappointed when i checked the tickets as they said SIDE VIEW and i neve ordered side view. I would never pay £75 a ticket to nearly sit behind a stage. Also as we ordered 6 tickets, we wasnt even sitting next to each other. 4 were side by side and 2 had to sit behind. I would NEVER use this company again. Yes i receivde my tickets, but the day before is a joke and the tickets they sent us was a joke really!
