The important point to note is that the 3 x football tickets were delivered to the designated hotel in Liverpool but only 90 minutes before the game and when they were supposed to be delivered days in advance to a Hertfordshire address. In addition, not all 3 tickets were sat together which was what was requested. To date, we are still outstanding the cost of delivery which we were advised would be reimbursed. First of all, I have nothing to see with this people. My review is based in my first (and only) experience with them. My name is Jose and I live in Barcelona. My sister in law works in London since 2010. We have visited her several times. In every visit I tried to go to a match at Stanford Bridge or White Hart Lane. We had a change of travel plans and were hoping to purchase tickets for another match and get the charge on the earlier booking reversed, but a rep from the company, a guy by the name of James was downright rude, sarcastic and flatly refused to accede to my request. (Please note that my booking was for 16th April 2013 and it was not a last-minute effort to change the booking.) There was no effort made at providing basic customer service at least. Firstly, despite the claims of others, I do not work for, or am i associated with this company. I ordered tickets for my lads birthday for Juventus V Siena, and as I had already booked flights/ hotels it was a leap of faith buying off the internet. It was a sell out match and open sale tickets were only available 3 days before the match with the normal Italian restrictions about them having to sold to named individuals. Whatever you do don't buy tickets from those people. all those reviews you see saying 'great' and 'perfect' etc: these are reviews submitted by the same people who work at the website. “Absolute scam!! Unauthorized ticket touts hungry for...”

Bought 2 football tickets for a football game, paid an incredibly high price for that, and still had to pay 139 GBP for 'Service fee and taxes'. Few days later I asked them to resell my tickets. They did, but they did not refund the service fee and taxes, which was supposed to be paid by the new buyer by then!! So they sold 2 tickets, but took service fees and taxes for 4. I used Livefootballtickets and had no problems at all. Tickets showed up as they promissed and worked fine. They gave me a tracking number when they dispatched the tickets so I could trace the envelope online. The next day I received them at home via Royal Mail.
