Yeah so I purchased tickets for Drake concert well before the event (in October & the event was in Feb) as a present for a friend. I obviously booked a hotel as I was coming to Sheffield from London and booked parking etc. I was told not to worry about tickets until the week of the event as apparently they could arrive even on the day of the event. I was sceptical about this sort of timescale but I was kept reassured by the company every time I rang them. Anyhow, 3 days before the event I finally rang them they once again reassured and said even if my seller doesn't send out the tickets they would find me a replacement. Literally one day before the event I was emailed that I will NOT be getting my tickets, the company not even bother calling :/ I then rang them and spoke to a staff member who was very unhelpful, I asked to speak to her supervisor or a manager and she completely refused. I have roughly spent £100 on a hotel and parking on which I cannot get a refund and on top of all this me and my friend were looking forward to the event. I would not have been this annoyed if they had told me this earlier and I had time to book again or perhaps I wouldn't have booked hotel/ parking. I do not understand how a well known company which has ONE JOB- to chase up the sellers, can provide such appaulling service. Very disappointed :(
Ps tickets were so overpriced- found better deals on other sites but couldn't book as Getmein cancelled too late
