Ordered tickets to see Simply Red a year in advance and 3 days before the concert they left a message saying they couldn't deliver the tickets as the post code didn't match the address on my order form. The address to deliver to was exactly the same as the one I used to order the tickets. Tried for 2 days to contact them and kept getting try again later as the telephone lines were too busy. Finally got through on the morning of the event at 8am. The lovely lady said she would ring me back and I gave her my mobile number so I didn't miss the call. No call. When i got home from work there was a message apologising that it was too late to get my tickets and if i was unhappy to complain. Well I am!!!
