Bought tickets for Edinburgh Military tattoo, tickets never arrived but were scanned 50 miles away by UPS.
Told they would investigate( a joke) now 9 days on no response to seven emails, no refund and no tickets for event that has been and gone.
I ha e emailed every day

Thank you for your feedback and I’m really sorry to hear that your tickets were lost by UPS. When you contacted our call centre, one of our team already raised a tracer with UPS which initiated an investigation on your package.

We'll keep a watchful eye on the progress of your package. Generally we allow UPS up to 8 working days to complete their findings. We'll always try if we can to bring the matter to a resolution before the event or as soon as we hear information from UPS.
