Very bad customer service. I have sold my ticket through this website more than 10 days now but haven't receive my money yet. And I am trying to contact them and it is impossible to contact. They cut me off all the time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Getmein aim to pay you 10 working days after the event has taken place. This is to ensure the buyer gets the correct tickets.

In order to maintain a secure marketplace payment to sellers is made to your PayPal account 7 - 10 working days (weekends & bank holidays aren’t included) after an event takes place.

If it's reached this time double check your order status is marked as complete, as it may be that delivery has not been confirmed. Also don't forget to make sure to activate your PayPal account if you haven't already.
