Never ordered tickets this way in my life, didn't understand the process, couldn't even see the small print, let alone read it. I ordered the wrong tickets - O.K. my mistake but I am knocking on a bit. 'Get me In' have my money - I have no goods. I want my money back for an event I don't want tickets for which is 9 months away. Why can't I have the money back, what kind of organisation would not refund a totally dissatisfied customer - am I expecting too much?

I would like my money refunding and don't want to mess about selling something I don't have to sell.

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry to hear you ordered the wrong tickets. As we’re a ticket resale website we provide a secure platform for people to sell on their tickets, so the price is set by the seller – we don’t actually own any of the tickets sold through our site.

Once you’ve placed an order, it can’t be cancelled – that’s our guarantee to all of our sellers, as they have to trust that once their tickets have sold, they don’t have to go through the process of relisting them and potentially missing out on a sale. Just as we safeguard your booking with our FanGuard policy to make sure you get your tickets, vice versa we also have to protect a sellers sale. However, you can always feel free to resell your tickets through our site if you can't use them.
