Ticket resellers (scalpers) cost everyone buying tickets more money than it otherwise would. This should be made illegal, as it is in other countries. Having tickets available on this site 2 minutes after they go on sale is simply encouraging people to scalp tickets.
The 'processing fee' involved here is way too high.

As we’re a ticket resale website we provide a secure platform for members of the public to sell on their tickets. The ticket prices do not always indicate the best location at the venue, as great seats have also been known to sell below face value. Prices are set set by the seller depending on the current market rate and how much they want to receive per ticket.

When events go onsale to the general public, you may frequently find that there is a pre-sale a few days before the official sale date. This explains why you may find tickets being advertised for sale on resale sites such as GET ME IN! and a wide range of sites selling tickets at the face value.
