Paid a fortune for Neil Young tickets which turned out to be frauds and since then I have been unable to get hold of anyone in Customer Services to find out about a refund despite trying on numerous occasions and holding for hours. How can companies get away with this kind of neglect of customer services? I guess they hope people give up and they keep the money!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY
