Two tickets purchased 27th Nov 2012 for Eddie Izzard 29th May 2013 concert. Great emphasis on 'you might not get your tickets until 4 days before the event'. Telephoning Getmein will cost you and they are not interested until it's less than 4 days before the concert. If you can stand the wait.
A number of calls over time, none of Getmein staff explained tickets alledgedly were sent 2 months earlier, courier UPS. UPS instructed to leave at 'Front door', So they do. The date the tracking number stated was horrendous weather, envelope left on door step instead of using a perfectly functioning letter box. Needless to say, no tickets. On the day of the concert, Getmein telephone lines all engaged for hours.
Seat numbers for Block 3, Row F. ALL 20 SEATS AT ROW 'F' OCCUPIED. How can this be if tickets were delivered?
Questions: Are UPS drivers complicit? Because of the lunacy of not posting tickets through the letterbox, are UPS suprised they are either taken from the doorstep or NOT delivered. Who can prove the driver and the 'computer delivery notification' package actually took place? If I have put a 1 start service on this, it's because I couldn't leave blank...
