We bought tickets for Mark Knopfler at the BIC on January 4th this year. Having received a few emails from Getmein telling us 'not to worry' as they aim to send the tickets out a week before the event we assumed that all would be o.k -WRONG!!!
As these tickets were bought as a 65th birthday present for my uncle & the event was drawing nearer we changed the delivery address to their house so that they would get them in time - NEEDN'T HAVE BOTHERED!!!
Today we get left a voice mail informing us that the tickets are no longer available - 6 days before the event & 5 months after we bought the tickets! Unbelievable! This from a company that boasts 'Tickets for true fans - guaranteed!' What a joke & a terrible way to run a business!
Surely there must be some sort of contract with the seller & Getmein? Surely they cannot be simply allowed to let customers down at the very last minute - disrupting travel arrangements, hotel bookings & 65th birthday presents?
I would never - ever use them again! Absolutely terrible - if you cant guarantee tickets then don't advertise it & if you can't guarantee tickets then you haven't got a viable business!
