I purchased tickets for Michael McIntyre, to see him at NIA Birmingham 15th Sept 2012. I bought these tickets 9th Dec 2011 - we picked seats right at the front & paid extra for the pleasure....did this as it was our anniversary & wanted it to be special!!!!

HOW WRONG WAS I!!!!!

We got there and we were sat on the side seats - couldn't see anything.....I cried & cried......I was told I had the worst seats in the house, so where has my money gone eh....................

Sat in the NIA & funnily enough there were 2 empty seats right at the front!!!

Rang them as not happy - really not helpful at all!!! Couldn't care less that they ruined my Anniversary.

Never ever use GET ME IN!!!!!

The worst ticket experience ever!!!! :( :(

GETMEIN are very bad people and completely incompetent. When contacted by GET ME IN they suggested the performance I was selling tickets for was at Royal Albery Hall obviously a misspelling but also the incorrect venue for the actual event.

On the GETMEIN site there is also no way of removing bank/Credit card details.
