What a great night! Took me straight back to my youth and I knew all the words of all the old songs. Graham Gouldman is the remaining original band member and he started off with songs that he had written in the sixties for bands like Herman Hermits and The Hollies. He brought on the other members of the band one by one for each song.
The 10CC classics were all there and the stand outs for me were "I'm not in Love" and "I'm Mandy Fly Me" but what a show and so nice to see a band on stage. Recently I've been to see singers with no backing band so that was good to see.
Our tickets were quite good and we had a great view of the band but the seats were a bit uncomfortable! The only downside for me was we tried to eat there and without a booking, it was a no no. But as we were early, a quick walk back to Kensington High Street was actually a much nicer decision to make.
