“Tickets different than ordered, but better seats”

Getmein allows me & my friends to see a Rugby game that normally for us we would not be able to get tickets. This is the third time we have used Getmein, and every time works fine. The only strange thing was we ordered tickets for Upper Tier East Stand, but got tickets for Lower Tier West Stand, which was a bit strnage, but in the end were better seats, so we were happy ;-)

However, the high admin costs (20%) plus the additional postage, and the VAT coming after the fact, makes it unclear when ordering the tickets exactly how much it will costs. It would be good to see this clearly up front!
