I ordered tickets for my sisters birthday to see JCOLE in Shephers Bush. i paid over the odds because the tickets got sold out very quickly. it is now the day of the concert and NO TICKETS!! And they havent even bothered to email me back!

A shambolic company! they are only after your money with staff that tell you there is nothing they can do???

MY ADVICE IS TO CHOOSE OTHER ALTERNATIVES BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WILL ONLY LEAD YOU TO DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Hey - that's not very fair. Just because YOUR tickets didn't arrive it doesn't mean that everyone else has the same experience. The problem is that you are at the mercy of the individual ticket seller, and yours was obviously unreliable. If it's any consolation - getmein won't be paying them.
