I bought tickets for the Champions League Final from this company online. I had checked around and because they answered my phone call on the second ring with no waiting and explained the seating chart to me and showed me where to find the info I was looking for, I decided to go with them. The prices were a bit high but not too bad as everyone else I saw and because I was coming from America I wanted to talk to a real person. I’m glad I made the choice to use them, I did need to call them a few times because my emails weren’t answered as quickly as I hoped but they did stay in close contact in the week before the match about my ticket delivery. I had to meet a courier to pick up my tickets but it was not far from the stadium and the match was great! Thanks guys!

I was a little skeptical to buy expensive football tickets online but really happy with the customer service. They replied to my emails and always answered the phone when I called their call center. I wanted the tickets to be delivered to my home in Arizona, but they explained they couldn't and would deliver to my hotel in London. That is where my hesitancy went up but they delivered as promised and they were great seats. It was a top notch experience!

i would honestly give the company 0 stars if I could. The tickets they sold me to a Sevilla FC football game were refused at the gate. I was told that they were fraudulent. I called Football Ticket Net and they said they would investigate it. I had 3 different calls with them and then a week later they told me the tickets were good. They had no explanation of why they were refused or why they didn't work. They presented no evidence to me. I paid 250 euros and was totally ripped off. Be warned. Avoid this company.

Short & simple – bought tickets 2 months ago last season to watch the great FC Barcelona team at Camp Nou in the Hot Barcelona derby vs Espanyol. Tickets were e-tickets, simple downloading and great seats + a nice price. Good job you guys!

I watched yesterday with my buddies Man United vs Bournemouth at the Traff and had a great time, so I would like to say thanks to Football Ticket Net for the nice experience and not for the first time. Getting tickets to high demand football matches is always hard, on many occasions seats are not as promised and tickets are usually very overpriced. But if there is one ticket broker company that is better above all the rest is Football Ticket Net. I tried using other websites that offer football tickets, but Football Ticket Net is the best. They have a great sales team (the person I dealt with is very helpful and professional), Nice and understating customer service staff and most important tickets are fairly priced and we got great seats.

Went to see Manchester United vs Leicester in Old Trafford and had the best time ever. Leicester is a great team and deserved winning this year Premier League title 100% I want to thank Football Ticket Net team from sales – to customer service. I got great seats in Sir Alex Ferguson stand – exactly where I wanted and as described in their website with a fair price. Tickets arrived to our hotel, 1 day before the match and waited for us at the reception. I used this company services already a few times in the past and for sure will keep recommending them to my friends and family again in the future.

Prices are a little bit higher than face value (but let's see you get tickets directly from Barcelona's, Arsenal's or the other major European football teams websites for the big matches). Their customer service is the best in the business (always answer on the phone and helpful with every questions). And the delivery of the tickets is always no time including good seats (one time I also got a free upgrade!). There are many secondary ticket websites online – a lot of brokers or suppliers – But Football Ticket Net is really the best.

This is a very professional secondary market ticket company. Their customer service and sales team were beyond friendly and efficient. Their Social Media team answered each of our questions via Facebook quickly and usefully and most important – they deliver the tickets as published and on time. Sure, prices are above face value, but that's how this business works. We got our e-tickets 2 days prior to the match, downloaded them, and printed them and no issue to use them in the stadium. They earned their 5 star rating in my opinion.

I was about to travel to the UK for business last week. Being a Liverpool fan since the days of the mighty John Barnes, i knew i had the unique chance to attend a European match (vs Bordeaux). My friends in London couldn't help nor could i find tickets on the LFC website. With some doubts i reached out to Footballticketnet after a distant relative recommended them. It was more expensive then official tickets, but 48h before the game i took the decisions to take out the visa.... Liverpool is worth it! I got the tickets during the morning at the reception desk (pictures already on Instagram!). Game was brilliant, ticket delivery was more then reasonable, but price could have been cheaper (though they were the cheapest ones online). I'll be in Amsterdam in March, will definitively visit the website before.

We arrived to our hotel in London only 1 day before the match and guess what? Our tickets were already in an envelope waiting for us in the hotel reception. The tickets were for the premium platinum category at the Emirates stadium and had great view as Arsenal hosted Tottenham in the North London Derby. Found Football Ticket Net online, glad I did and for sure will recommend this company to all my acquaintances.

After sending ETICKETS to me, I contacted them numerous times to inform them that I was unable to print them since I was staying in an apartment. They did nothing. I tried numerous attempts to find an alternative, they did not give the courtesy of a reply. USE THIS COMPANY @ YOUR OWN RISK. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TOA COMPUTER/PRINTER YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK.
