I had a great ticket selected for the Billy Joel concert. A typo in my billing adress and rather than giving me any chance to correct it, it was gone. Not what I would consider great service. Still got a ticket, but for the same price sitting 14 rows further behind and on the edge. If I can avoid them in the future - not that with this booking it was possible - I would avoid them.
