Ordered Springsteen tickets from Euroteam in December 2011 as a Christmas present for my wife.
Money taken immediately for the concert that was in Barcelona on May 17th 2012.
The delivery date was supposed to be by 10th May but nothing arrived. Contacted Euroteam who agreed to send tickets to the hotel. We arrived the evening before concert but no tickets. Phone lines did not open until 12 and slow to pick up. They said they would contact local supplier but over 90 minutes later no call so rang back. Again long delay after which they indicated they could not get hold of local supplier. Offered to collect them myself but they did not know the supplier's address!!!! No tickets, no message and phone lines to voicemail way before their supposed close time of 6pm
Still waiting for a refund - and my phone bill :-(
These are not reliable, they charge too much and hold money for a long time, they do not deliver (in my case at least) and support, customer care and follow up are awful.
Avoid.
