i bought tickets for my daughters b/day for 1D manchester vip seats the works the tickets were sent but lost i contacted dbl8 with the exact ticket number / seat etc as my daughter had photographed them they said there was nothing they could do I even gave name of original buyer but they were unwilling to try and get replacements for us, so you see where my comments come from no use what so ever. I would never use this site again and use the trusted ticketmaster or getmein.com as I have always had good experiences with these sites
