Have used Double 8 a few times now. They're not cheap but when you want to see something that's 'sold out' and if you can afford it they are really good. Got cheated a few years back on EBay when tickets for my family (including 2 teenage girls) to see Take That didn't arrive (and on hindsight were never going to). Managed to get tickets through Double 8 actually far cheaper than I'd paid through Ebay.
Just received tickets for Train for next Feb and it's always nice to have tickets in hand. Had a text message last night that they were being delivered today so was kept well informed and they duly arrived.
Thank you Double 8!!
I actually can't really comment on Customer Service because I've not used it. Just ordered tickets and got what I ordered. Suits me !
