This is the first time I have booked concert tickets with double8.When I rang to book, the lady was very helpful. I was a little apprehensive as I didn't know exactly where our seats were. I needn't have worried! The seats were exactly as had been described, and were in a great position in the Royal Albert Hall - close to the stage and we had a great view.
I was also a little worried when I hadn't received the tickets by the Thursday before the concert. I e-mailed double8 and received a prompt reply, telling me that the tickets had been sent out and that they should arrive on Friday, which they did.
We have been very impressed by the service we received, and would definitely use double8 again - and recommend them to others.
We had a great time, and enjoyed the concert very much.
