After trawling the web for tickets for Andrea Bocelli at the O2, I was very dissapointed to find that every site that had tickets were not the best seats and worked out at least double the face value by the time extortionate booking fees were added.

My tickets arrived by recorded post, the face value was £132 each and I paid a total of £200 - all in! And to top it all, they were much better seats than available elsewhere.

Very pleasing - have told many friends already.

Very refreshing to find a good reliable ticket agent who are obviously keen to please and retain their customers.

The website was easy to navigate too
