I was looking for tickets for Andre Reiu at the LG Arena in December.I searched several websites but you only knew what block you would be in until you bought your tickets,so I decided to try Double8 as they stated what block your seats would be in and either the first 5 or 10 rows depending on what you went for. I must say I was slightly worried that this would not be the case but needn't have been.
I received a confirmation e-mail shortly after purchasing the tickets on line,the next day I received a text to say that my tickets have been sent by Special Delivery along with the tracking number and that I would get them the next day and sure enough I did. The tickets were exactly as ordered the correct block and in the first 10 rows as stated,what more can you ask for.
It would be nice however to show a detailed plan of the arena with rows and seats numbers so that you know just where you are sitting when your tickets arrive,but that is only a minor issue.
The service was informative,fast and as ordered,would definately use Double8 again.With grateful thanks.
