I bought a ticket to a Daniel Radcliffe play. It was easy to navigate and do the booking online which I did as there were apparently only a very few seats left for the matinee performance. However when I got to the theatre I found there were many more seats available than were shown online. It appears that The website appeared to be creating artificial demand and given what I saw in the theatre I felt misled by the website. The commission was expensive - a third of the ticket price. Had the website been honest I would not have minded the commission fee so much, but as this was no so this took the shine off my theatre experience.
