“Worst Company Ever For Free Tickets - Use SRO”

I'm no newcomer to sites like Applause having used SRO, BBC and others for years.

Applause Store are AWFUL in comparison to the above with both their organisation and their customer service skills.

Their staff are rude and very rarely actually have any idea on what is going on because communication is incredibly poor. Their staff treat the audience like rubbish, look down on them and I've heard them commenting negatively about audience members (even going as far as to laugh at disabled customers) when they think the public aren't around.

I understand tickets are free, but SRO and the BBC manage to do it a million times better than them.
