I bought tickets but I couldn't make the day.
I understand it was my fault .
I tried to call custermer service and asked them the possibility to refund.
If I couln't, I would change my plane and make time to use the tickets .
Fortunately ( I thought the time )They said they could refund , so I didn't use them.
But they didn't refund ,so called them again..
Then they said they couldn't refund even couln't change the date .
They said they already paid money to Madame Tussaud , so if they refund, they will loose money.
Yes, it make sense .
No one want to loose money, that why I called them and check refund or using tickets.
I do not understand the guy said they could refund .
I think nothing problem if you use tickets with this company, but personally I do not like how they treat clients after getting money .

As a member of 365Tickets we do our best to help our customers however our terms and conditions are no cancellations and no refunds. If the date of your visit has passed our team are unfortunately not able to make amendments to bookings as the booking will have been reported to the attraction and then it is at the discretion of the attraction.
As you will see with most of our reviews here and on our website our clients think of us very highly.
