On the morning of the match decided to watch the EFL final. First time using a site like this. Paid, instant confirmation email and then within 5 minutes details of how to meet agent at the ground. He called us en-route to confirm which was reassuring. Met as arranged, excellent tickets and overall service. The face value was £200 and I paid £350. This is a perfectly acceptable profit margin in my view. This is a nerve racking experience the first time but now I'll use them lots. Touts with a website perhaps but they exist for a reason and deliver a fine service.

this is a warning do not use 1st4football tickets,they are ripping people off.bought what i thought was a good view at wembley stadium behind the goal for my sons 16th birthday,which cost me £192.i recieved a ticket yestaday which the face value on the ticket was £30,and told there was nothing that could be done.be warned .

I travelled all the way from India to England to watch Liverpool vs Newcastle at anfield. I had booked my tickets from some other website, a couple of weeks before. On Thursday, the 9th of April, I was in London and got a message that my tickets have been cancelled because apparently, the tickets had been sold out. Imagine flying more than 5000 miles to watch a match and 3 days before the match, you come to know that you've got no tickets (I got my money refunded the next day). I started looking on craigslist but the guy, with whom I was staying in london, advised to just buy from a website which guarantees tickets. This was at friday 4 pm. So, I went onto 1st4football and called them to ask when would I get my tickets if I book it now. The guy was really nice and said I could get it delivered by saturday delivery if I book it before 5 pm. So, i booked those tickets, but my order was still in "processing" stage even after 5 pm. I tried calling the customer service again, but they were closed. So I mailed them regading the problem, and immediately, after 5 mins I got a reply, that because my card was from an Indian bank, it was taking time to process. The guy mailed me that the tickets would be delivered to my address, in london, on monday morning. I told him that, that won't be any good because I'd be leaving for Liverpool on Monday morning. He asked me just simply email them for change of shipment address. I did, and the guy, whose tickets I had purchased, called me to verify the change in address. He asked if it was my first time at anfield, I said yes. So he also posted a letter with details of what to expect and how to get in without any suspicion, which I thought was a great gesture. In the end, I got to anfield and inside the stadium, without any hassle.

Capital One Cup Final 2015. I had been looking for a while for tickets to this game as I could not get hold off any through the club. I went on this website on the Saturday, the day before the match. I was surprised to see there was still tickets available but I thought there was no way they could be delivered on time due to the match being a Sunday. I emailed the website at around 8pm not expecting a reply but to my surprise I got one from a worker who advised me to buy a ticket with a print out option. Having not used a site like this before I was unsure to how safe it was and whether I would actually see my ticket. However I bought them as I was desperate to go. I received an email shortly after with the tickets attached, which I took to the game and had no problem at all getting in (another worry was whether they had been duplicated). Overall I was very happy with the service provided and would look to use the site again. My only slight concern was the booking fee was quite high but considering the game began in less then 15 hours I paid it.

If you are happy with the price and your local postal service is reliable you might get lucky. If the slightest thing goes wrong or you need any customer service at all, forget it. They are about as professional as a tout in the street.

In terms of customer service, I cannot fault this website at all, responded to all my emails and the ticket was with me a week before the game. The ticket itself was fine and there was no problems for me and enjoyed the win for LFC. I only gave it 4 stars simply because of the price, although everything was fine I don't think I would be happy to do it again at the prices. I would be a much more frequent buyer if it wasn't for this. But if you are happy at the price this website is well worth using. Thanks again to the website!

Dear 1st4 Football Tickets, I wanted to thank you VERY VERY much for saving the day on Tuesday by managing to get hold of 2 new tickets to the Crystal Palace game at no extra cost. I appreciate even more as it appears to have been a RoyalMail mistake and not delivering to the right address.It was even more appreciated by my friend who was effectively attending her first Premier League game. I was truly impressed by the immediate call from your team to check what happened, reassure me that things would be put right, give me a timeline for when I would be updated (with 1/2 hour) and then get the said call with all the details to get my new pair of tickets. A meeting point was agreed and I got my tickets as expected. This was all done within only a few hours left before the match too. I can NOT thank you enough on your level of customer service and wanting to make sure I got what I paid for despite it not being your mistake. I am extremely grateful. Kind Regards.

I ordered overpriced tickets for the Liverpool v Sunderland match today as a surprise for my husbands birthday. After making several phone calls and being reassured that my tickets were on to way ("the driver is on the road as we speak" - this was yesterday at 2pm "you will definitely receive your tickets today") I have still not received the tickets. I would certainly not recommend this site to anyone - I am very disappointed but also feel very foolish that I have allowed myself to be taken advantage of in this way.

Still havent received my tickets for the liverpool game tomorrow payed postage now being told email will be sent to print them off at some point!!! I would not recommend this site...

We arrived (my son and I) at the hotel in London on monday night (7pm) for a Football match on tuesday night (Chelsea vs Maribor) and the staff at the reception gave me a letter with the tickets inside. In fact, the tickets included a special dinner and a VIP place in the stadium and that was not planned before!! what a good surprise for us! Everything was nice. I was a little bit anxious after reading some comments about this website and I was not sure to be able to enter to the stadium. But when I scanned the tickets at the entrance and the green lights turn up I was relieved...

American in London on business wanting to see my first european soccer match with colleagues. Nothing available for champions league man city vs. roma match on 30/9 on either clubs website. Bought on 1stfootball.com a week before the match. Purchase process was easy. Website was easy to use. I called an asked some questions about when tickets would be delivered as several of negative onsite reviews had me nervous. Rep was polite and advised me would be delivered to my hotel by local courier day of the match. Day of match it was mid-day and no tickets yet. I am getting nervous. There is no tracking number, no nothing. Email and rep assures me that I will get notification when they are shipped. Get the notification email at 15:00 that tix have been shipped. I go down to front desk at 5:30 and the tickets are in envelope. When I first take them out of envelope, I was a little concerned they were counterfeit. The stock of the paper was light, the hologram looked flat, and overall just didn't look as official and complicated as tickets in America have started to look in recent years. Anyway - went to the match and tickets were real deal. Got in and had a great time. Overall, i liked that they had tickets and website was easy to use. The prices were a little high (double face value)and the lack of tracking numbers were the only things I would change.

I ordered tickets for Liverpool vs Ludogorets Champions League game on Tuesday the 10th September. I selected the lowest delivery and they arrived on the thursday 12th. The tickets were genuine and I and my dad had great seats in Anfield Road with a clear view of each goal. I would highly recommend this site!

Awful customer service. You cannot cancel or even downgrade or change your tickets. Rude customer service. They just hang up on you and shout down the phone. No real customer contact service, just a guy who picks up his mobile phone. Stay away!! They add extra tax and services fee which is DOUBLE your ticket amount.
