Was told if the yell online advert didnt perform we could cancel the contract at any time. Sure enough it didnt perform (one call in 4 months!) so when i called to cancel the contract they told me i was in a 12 month contract. They argued that i hadnt been given any means to escape the contract. But we record all business calls for this very reason. I had the proof which they could not argue with. But im angry that had i not had the recording then i would have been ripped off by yell. How many people are they scamming?

Do NOT GIVE YELL ANY MONEY in fact i would not use anyone advertising with yell
