Got your attention? Good! They are a bunch of schemers with a bogus website. They even post fake reviews about how great they are. Pieces of fieces! They do not exist, only to take your money. If you still decide to use their service after reading this, then you deserve what you get!

I had the same unfortunate experience as most of their other 'customers' have had. Company states they have the information on the number you're looking for but once you pay the fee....the information shows up as an error and is no longer available. I have sent them numerous emails asking for a refund...to no avail. I have even tried asking to change my password and they don't acknowledge that either.

Buyer beware, totally useless service, run away and don't look back!

I did a search for a suspicious number that texted me and to which I sent a reply. Real Lookup stated (as in other reviews here) that a name and address were available. It also listed the name of the phone company that the suspicious number was using for cellular service. Other reviews here state that they paid for the information only to discover it was not available at all. I did not order the service. For interest's sake, I searched my own cell number and the result came up as all others - that name and address were available. However, the phone company that it listed as my service provider was the wrong company. That tells me their service is a complete waste of time. They clearly don't have correct information.

They do not deliver the goods. they do not want to refund my credit cards. NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This site did not deliver the service it clearly stated it would!!! I ordered a service from the Real Phone Lookup internet site to get an address on a single cell phone number at the end of last month… When I entered the cell phone number the site showed that: Name: Available Full Results: Available I selected “Get Full Results”, and proceeded to pay their fee for get the information... What I got was: Name: Unavailable ERROR: Get a detailed Background Check for only $29 Addresses: Address not available for this record. I referred the matter to their customer support for refund on the same day. They eventually replied five days later, and gave me some cut-and-paste excuses that did not apply, offering to compensate me with 5 free lookups which I declined given that I had no use for them. I received their final reply and very last contact 3 days later which was: Thank you for contacting us. I have forwarded your refund request to our sales department. They will get back to you shortly. Regards, RealPhoneLookup Support It has now been close to 4 weeks of total radio silence…and no refund… Use this site at you own risk and peril!!!

you pay for nothing Pay Pal should delist them too much trouble to go after $4 Tho I will mention via email to paypal

First they are saying the information is available and then you paid and no information is available you will then open a ticket they answer saying they will escalate this to another dept and at the end to tell you it will be transfer to sales dept is here you never get any other messages from them!!! I pay with paypal and complaint and got my money back! All the numbers I got for them never answer! Dont spend your time and money with a cheap company like them !!!

This was my first time using Real Phone Look up I was having a recurrent unidentified caller contact my mobile phone, and the frequency of the contacts with no messages left was very intrusive Hence I tried to use this service to identify the caller Upon entering the telephone number in question - a message came up telling me that both the name and the address of the caller in question was "available" if I paid for the service. Once I paid for the service a screen came up saying that this information was unavailable, but only after I had paid $7.00 USD for a service that was never delivered. I entered a customer service ticket 2 days ago and I have had no reply. I sincerely hope not, and I am still waiting for this company to demonstrate to me that they listen to their customers and are serious about providing a service Until then, I would tell everyone that I know, not to use Real Phone Lookup as a service. Sadly disappointing for sure...

On August 25, 2014 I provided a phone number and paid the fee for Real Phone Lookup to give me the name of the person who has that phone number. You were unable to come up with the name. I expected to have received my refund by now.

I should have read this before sgning up. None of my searches were positive. At the first search, you see that the name and address are available. But once you sign up, they become unvailable due to some errors. For fun, I searched for some public office numbers (post, hydro and gas)and they were not able to find those names.

I bought the premium package on 10/21/2013 used it 4x with not one positive result. nothing nadda thing wrote a email wanting my dough back, just like there fantom service I got nothing nadda thing, no response, So 9 months later I needed to cross reference another number (cell phone), hahaha you got it nothing nadda thing sent another e-mail will wait for a response. hahaha maybe not *&%$### is a nice way to put it

Took my money, no response to emails I sent. Wish I had read these reviews before I signed up. What a total effing rip-off.

.They charge me twice from my bank account,I ended paying more than $80.00 and they couldn't give me any information regarding the number I want information about.I called costumer service many times and only a answer machine answers and does not return my call.

Their add says that they will not take your money until they find the results. Not true they take your money immediately, with no results. I filed a complaint and they said they would give me 5 more searches, when I refused and asked for the return of my money. I still haven't heard back from them. Tried the website today doesn't seem to give me access. For Canadians looking to find listings for cell phones, as of July 1, 2013 the phone numbers will be listed just as home phones are listed. So no more bull from these companies.
