Do not give your credit card to these guys. Before you purchase the full report, their website tells you they have all the matches. Then after you pay for the report, it comes back that a search specialist is working on it. Well you can wait until the crows came back because you will never get a response from them. Don't get fooled be these crooks. Can't stand crooks that basically cheat people. If I know where to find these guys I would pay them a visit personally. (read more)

Immediately charge my card, which is not their stated policy, but never delivered the service. When contacted and ask for a refund, I was told my request was directed to sales, never heard from sales, and all further attempts to contact them were never responded to. asked and paid for them to look up a number for me for which they claimed they had all the information. They took my money and promptly told me the information was not available. When I asked for my money back, they said they would notify their sales department. Well, six emails later, still no response from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Simple thing, or so I thought. There are a lot of sites that claim to offer a service to look up a phone number (and they're less expensive). I haven't received any information from them and they've put the charge through on my credit card EVEN THOUGH they state that I won't be charged until they provide the information. i was desperate to find out the owner of a cellphone number I had in mind. When putting the numbers in on their website, they will provide you with the location and its service provider information, but the owner's name is withheld saying 'available' as if they have the info. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! I fell for this and sent my money to them. After charging my credit card, they make you wait for a few days as the name is currently being 'researched' by their 'experts'. The money disappeared from my Visa account immediately but I received no service - they advised they could not locate the phone-number in question. After repeated attempts to have the money credited back to my account I am still waiting. I'll not be tricked by this company again. It is simply a Scam. I was charged right away, and no report arrived. So I emailed them to complain, and no response. So after a few days I opened a dispute file with Paypal, and I had my report within a few hours!! I was tempted to try them .Untill i tryed to find a cutomer service phone number for them,From past experience with companys i have delt with end fround out like a lot of the so called (Dating) Sites. Get these professional email, with all kinds of numbers, tracking, order, invoice and saying will have something for your within 24 to 72 hours but you just get frustrated going round, and round with no results. I'm sure the only good feedback is bogus. I paid with visa and will contact them to advise of same and hopefully get my money back. Don't care about the money so much, but the fact they rip off a lot of people. (read more)

I contacted realphonelookup on Friday,April 20,2012 with a phone number that I wanted researched. They advertise results in "24 to 72 hours and no charge until the answer is found. I was charged already and still get the same alibi when I contact them tha the "number is still being researched and I will be contacted in 24 to 72 hours"! It is now seven days and I have paid for nothing. I requested a refund to no avail. These people are not to be trusted! (read more)

I was very apprehensive purchasing a reverse lookup, and finally i settled for realphonelookup.com, mainly because they had 20 lookups for a flat fee. I ended up looking up 12 numbers out of which they found the owner name 11 times. Not bad at all, considering that I thought it was a "phoney" service.
