I paid over £35 twice as i first paid via PayPal of which came back unavailable , so paid by debit card, only to find an email from PayPal confirming payment. I needed to get an address to send a long lost relative a special birthday gift and card. There was no information on this person, I put exact name and person they lived with and the village they live in, info from 192 on keept coming back try ***** a near by city 10miles south. Agreed the persoon & his PRT used to live there, but from a good source they moved over a year ago, so i guess by law they have filled in there voting card. I keept trying and then i got told to pay £45+ VAT extra for the info.
I tried someone else I know in my hometown the names i found this person when i entered her, but when i asked for address again this come up as another £45. Then i began to think i had been done up like a kipper. My instincts were right as I used this site 5yrs back and purchased the minimen credit's to get an address of someone and i got it, so i tried this same person, but this time i was requested to pay the extra £45 to obtain it.
I would like my money back please 192 .com s i did not want old info but up to date info, if nothing is done i will be seeking help from tradeing standards ,
