Bingo site review. Lost hundreds of pounds on one session. While observing 4 or 5 players names winning 6,7,8 times !!! Maximum tickets for every game I bought.Now blocked from bingo!!! For losing!! Can't contact on phone... get runaround on chat site...no 1 in queue for 40 minutes!!!( Obviously short staffed!) Avoid this site. Ps i have screen recording of the same names winning... maybe I should post online.Definitely something suspect. Do not encourage them

I opened an account about 3 months ago. Placed bets, took up the free offers and now I'm restricted! No other reason given other than a trading decision. What utter rubbish. Why was this decision made? What am I suppose to do on a bookies other than place bets! If I'm given an opportunity to be offered a free bet of course I'm going to take it. Please explain what I am ment to do on a bookies other than place bets! Where do I order the pizza or do some online shopping?

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from you and your staff who you have told to ignore any complaints regarding so called “ flutter “ issues. You have suspended my account for no reason You may be in court with my lawyer come May as my Accumulator comes to an end with it comes over 1K . You will not get my money as that is sham. Worst gambling app I've used Worst gambling app I've used. They promote fair play and use gambling commission as having checked their games. Sadly this means nothing.... I sadly play slots most days. In three weeks of having the app I've prob spent over £400.....waste of money i know! During this time I've been on feature board between about 30-40 times.....with an average pay out of between £1.50 and £4.00. Yes its gambling, so there are no guarantees...... but the whole idea of game us to get to a feature..... , but when the feature wins are consistently as low as £.70p what's the point!! from my experience their payouts to money ratio is less than 2%. If you want proof I've taken screen shots of every single feature payout to prove it! BTW They also use King as possible additional jackpot feature, which could apparently spin in any time.....last time for me it gave me £3...!!! TBH im not sure how SKY BET ever passed uk gambling control requirements for their slots. If you use it its just throwing money down drain, there is no fun here! If you load up £30 and play slots on 50p bets, then the average time for all your money to be gone is less than 3 minutes.... Very very poor app. Hopefully this stops others throwing their money away!

Guys, don't ever think to register here, I am taking a dispute with them and trying to take them to court after they suspended my account and refusing to transfer amount of money 30.000£ which are part of my own money with winnings after world cup. I've send it all necessary documents for identification as they say KYC know your customer but they keep asking same questions in each email just to make time longer, you can't reach them either over the phone as there is automatic robot. They don't deserve even one star,they have to be banned from gambling industry as they don't care and never payout your winnings with your own money.Be very carefully with them,or never ever deal with them.

If you win (even small amounts ) They restrict your account and remove any free bet bonuses. They wont let you win but will happily let you lose.

just deposited money on skybet as i was attracted by the free bet offer.no sooner had i deposited my money they FROZE MY ACCOUNT.For no reason.I didnt even get a chance to make a bet.they then said id have to send in passsport driving license utility bill..mortgage statement...council tax letter..even a tax statement to get my money back.this must be illegal..its plain extortion Avoid

Contacted customer services with a query and they suspended my account. It took 6 days and numerous forms of ID to get the suspension taken off. When I said this was not acceptable they said it was my fault as I had not provided the correct ID. I provided passport and bank statement as requested. This was not good enough so had to provide photo of myself holding my bank card and a utility bill, again not good enough. Finally, provide another image of bank card and another bank statement and utility bill. I do not think this is good enough and have objected but they are not even responding to my emails. So much for customer service and not even an apology for suspending my account.

Wish I read the Trustpilot reviews before I joined this company. Unfortunately I was foolish to assume that a big brand name would mean a good and trustful service. All was fine for weeks until the night I won £1000 and the following day my account was closed down. Customer service is awful. Told me it was closed until I supplied ID and once I did have now just stopped replying to my messages. A friend who is an investigation journalist for a well known newspaper wants to do a story on this company. They have been fined already for dodgy practices and they also need to be investigated for tax avoidance.  Google SkyBet and read about them already been fined and investigated. This needs be stopped. This unscrupulous company sponsors English football !!!

Do not play with Sky Bet, my autistic 18 year old son opened an account without me knowing (and by some miracle won £47.00 on a £5.00 bet) they then refused to pay him as he did not have a household bill as proof of ID as he does not pay the bills. He had already provided a copy of his passport and electoral registration form (disgusting company and rude staff).You should request all ID before verifying the account and not take any bets from people until the account has been verified not take money from vulnerable people and then refuse to pay out when they win. SHAME ON YOU SKY BET.
