I've been with them for 10 years or so. They have a good site, plenty of liquidity and excellent customer service. The premium charge is a bit of a drain (they take 20% of your winnings if you're moderately successful and upto 60% if you're VERY successful).

Their website (old version) works extremely well on a fastish connection. The new beta version is shockingly bad and I'm amazed they are trying to roll it out to customers.

The forum is lively and there are some really good tipsters giving priceless information away for free if you get to know who is who.

All in all, I love Betfair and would give up my day job to live there if I could just make it a bit more profitable!
