Ordered a few clothing items (bought $250 worth), and it said the shipping would take 4-8 days. They also failed to provide a tracking number. After 8 days I called, and they explained that it could take up to 14 days, and if it hadnt arrived by then to call back and they would definitely track it down.
Day 14 comes around, still nothing. Called back and was told that it could take up to 25 days. Still refused to locate it, connect me with manager, or provide a tracking number. So basically I ordered a winter jacket 3 weeks ago, thinking it would be here within the week. And am now freezing my ass off because I obviously don't want to run out and drop another $150 on a jacket. The customer 'service' is laughable.
