Will not order again

We ordered sneakers while in the Zumies store, the clerk had check and they showed in-stock. Let's just say they will give you the run around. I had to call and check on the order after a week. Another week goes by and I get an email that they are out of stock and I am offered a "swap the item for something similar, issue you a gift card for the amount of the item or refund the purchase price." I responded to the email that I would like a refund of the purchase price and to please let me know when this was taken care of. I got no reply and no refund. So I call and they can give me a refund if I give them my credit card information of I could go to the store and get a refund. GRRRRRRR! Of course, it was on my husbands card which I don't have at the moment and the store is over an hour from our house!!! I will never purchase anything from them that isn't in the store at that moment that I walk out the door with. This has been a month long process and my daughter is still waiting for her shoes.
