Choice etc goo in the shop, but the guys in there seem to battle you rather than help. Cocky attitude most of the time. Shame really as the staff ruin the experience.

“Dishonest, lying, borderline criminal.”

I ordered an F2000 upper receiver from them. It has been seized by customs at the moment which is only their fault if they did not label it properly (which I will not know unless it is released). I attempted to contact them reporting it missing, went through the procedure then heard nothing for about 2 weeks. I asked for an update. It was about a month after that that I finally received a reply. They will look into its progress. 2 weeks pass I send another email, now also asking about refunds, no reply, about 2 weeks later I am finally told about my item's current fate and that a refund is impossible if it's never released because I am ordering from overseas. Upon reading their terms and conditions I discover it says NOTHING about that. In fact it doesn't even mention the words overseas or foreign. I replied to them with a screen shot showing this and await their next reply, if it ever comes. I will comment with an update and hopefully a resolution. Avoid this company like the plague.

Update by original poster: It has been almost a month and I have still yet to receive any word from Zero One. I sent another email because I am quite stubborn. I doubt I will hear anything from them unless they have good news for me.

Summary: They refuse to give me a refund despite the fact that their policy page says NOTHING that would make me ineligible for a refund. I highly recommend against giving them your business, it would be at your own risk.

“What an DREADFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH !”

I have to warn all who read this I CAN NOT stress how dreadful my experience has been with this company, the lack of professional courtesy they have had towards me is unreal, the fact that I spent over £650 with them in one purchase and within weeks one of the guns purchased became faulty wasn't a good start then to have to keep fighting to get them to fix it was terrible even though the item had a years warranty they are still refusing to even look at it! So know after many weeks of this nonsense I will be forced to take legal action. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR SELF THROUGH THIS AS WELL !!!

“Absolutely Brilliant”

I cannot fault ZeroOne. Everything I ordered was exactly perfect when it arrived (next day delivery). They said over customer support that the two-tone might delay it a day to let it dry, but great work - it arrived next day! A huge plus of ZeroOne is the faultless customer service, deserve a pat on the back! Secondly, the batteries I ordered were the ZeroOne brand. I received them charged, which is great as I wanted to test it (functions flawlessly). The battery is a nice high performance and I would definitely recommend it. Lastly, the packaging I received was nice and neat. There was no unnecessary packaging that would be wasted, fantastic. Customer service: 10/10 Quality of products: 10/10 Website: 10/10 Total: 10/10 I simply cannot fault ZeroOne, highly recommend them, do not go anywhere else!

“Zero One Arisoft (UK) - Spectacular”

An absolute pleasure to do business with. They go above and beyond on every single order and never fail to impress me with their customer service. I have ordered a great deal from them over the last few years. On a few occasions I have ordered parts, and on one occasion had a gearbox repaired. I must have kept their technical team busy for several hours with questions in the last twelve months but they are always happy to help and provide a service which second to none. + Random freebies. They also tend to send free things with orders. I'm not sure why but I love it. If you're buying airsoft gear in the UK, there is no need to shop anywhere else.
