I ordered a replacement strap for my Suunto, and three weeks later I am still waiting for the item to arrive. I have tried calling the offices, however am met with an automated reply directing me to various e-mail addresses. This is the second e-mail I have had to write inorder to chase up my purchase, and no-one has had the courtesy to reply.
If anyone from the company reads this, please can you send me what I have paid for !
