I read the reviews on here and was a bit skeptical of Wiggle because of apparent customer service problems. But, they had the lowest price on a new carbon wheelset and I figured that I probably wouldn't have any issues requiring customer service. I got my wheels much faster than I expected, packaged well, but one of the QR skewers that should have been in there was missing.

I wrote them an email and they responded quickly and right away they shipped me another skewer at no cost. Also, I had moved and told them this and they got all of the addresses correct and everything. In my experience the customer service experience was fantastic.

Would definitely recommend.
