I ordered from wiggle about a week ago, and I chose the next day delivery.
But as I managed to type in the wrong country(my fault), my package was of course sent to the wrong country.
I noticed this the next day and immediately contacted customer service, but the was no reply. I then contaced DHL, but they asked me to contact wiggle again.
I sent two more e-mails but still no reply. I am so frusturated I want to cry.
It says on their website that they reply within 8 hours but there's days since I sent my first e-mail.
Now I just want my money back but I have no idea how to do it. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they dispatched my package almoust right away.
