Over about 10 years I've ordered many parts from Wiggle. Delivery was always free (providing you remember to tick the box in checkout) and my items arrived quickly. When I had a problem with a vibrating turbo trainer, they replaced the faulty part by return post with no hassle or quibbling. Knowing that a company will take care of any problems that arise is what matters most to me and so Wiggle continue to be my first port of call.
