“Do not even bother...”

How else can I put it? I have tried to order from them twice now and both times they cancelled the order (for no apparent reason) and could not be arsed to inform me. They did, however, go ahead and charge my credit card both times. It has been a few weeks now and I have yet to receive a response telling me they are working on a refund. The customer service is slow at best (expect several day wait time for a response) and the response you get is basically just some lame automated response telling you nothing at all!! I will never try to order from this wretched outfit again!!! Whether they do not have items in stock or they are having IT issues...its not my problem....fix it!!!
