Avoid if possible, having used this company on a number of times they tend to be good however when it goes wrong the lack of customer service is just awful . The company has a policy of no telephone contact and push customers down either web chat or e-mail which they just hide behind, I am all in favour of using technology to assist the customer but Wiggle have either not got staff to deal or just don't care. They have a very clear and easy to use website and their discounts and pricing is good however I would not use again as I would rather deal with a company that offered some assistance when the order goes wrong .
