Bike needed servicing. Took it to wheelies....problem not fixed but still charged. Took it to another shop....problem fixed and for less £££

Went back to Wheelies to get my money back...They treated me like I was an idiot (OK, i dont know much about bikes....but I do know about customer service and retail) and refused me a refund for their poor work.

The manager was really unfriendly and seemed intent on making sure I never came back and told everyone how bad they were... baffled.

Avoid...there are plenty of other good bike stores in Swansea that are better value for money and, that wont look down at you for not being an expert.
