Insurance claim repair required a few replacement parts. When my bike was returned the pedals were missing and the chain guard had been replaced with a very poor quality replacement (the original had not been damaged in the accident & I'm at a loss as to why it was replaced). Reported missing pedals - expecting originals to be returned, but new, low quality ones were sent. Also now noticed the plastic cover for the handle bar screws is missing. Suggest if you do have to use Wheelies for an insurance claim you remove anything that might get taken off, as it possible it might not be returned with your bike. Only little things - but still very annoying. When I asked if my bike could have be returned on a Saturday I was told it could but would cost me £40 for the privilege. Overall really disappointed experience.
