My bike was damaged due to fall and being insured by Legal and General I had to deal with wheelies.
Their customer service is poor and dont reply to calls..they also dont update you on issues with stock parts.
The parts ordering system is poor and takes ages..for example 3 weeks at least for a bottom bracket!
I have now raised a formal complaint regarding poor service..they are quite happy to take your excess..but getting your bike back is another story.
Steer clear at all costs.
